Oh!

Across the street from the Blue Springs Police Department is this sculpture. The steel ribbons and spirals combined with the bright red color are meant to make the observer exclaim “Oh!” 

This sculpture was originally installed at the Blue Springs City Hall at 903 W Main Street. It was removed prior to the start of construction at City Hall. It was then restored and relocated to its current location. It was rededicated in 2016.
