Garden Bell

Garden Bell

A bell created out of found items that include a gas tank, chain and wire. It is a working bell. The wind will push the metal weight causing the bell to ring. It was originally hung from a cedar frame. When the cedar frame needed to be replaced, a steel frame was created to the same dimensions. It is sturdier and can withstand high winds. The Garden Bell is found in the Erickson Water Garden area of the Overland Park Arboretum and Botanical Gardens.
