Ben Franklin
AKA Benjamin Franklin
A sculpture of Benjamin Franklin sitting on a bench. He holds a cane in his left hand while reading the Bill of Rights, which he holds in his right hand. A couple of birds land on the back of the bench at the opposite end. The sculpture invites passersby to have a seat next to one of the founding fathers of the United States and it intermingles with people in the outdoor seating area of the nearby coffee shop during warm weather months. The sculpture was a gift from Miller and Jeanette Nichols.
