Monkey Business

This sculpture serves as a reminder of the Italian organ grinder who entertained visitors on the Plaza in years past. This life-size bronze depicts the organ grinder and his monkey. The monkey wears a vest and a hat and sits on the man’s right shoulder. The monkey is putting coins into a cup held by the man.

This sculpture is around the corner to the east of the Pomona Fountain.
