Solar Gantry

Arlie Regier brought his fascination with technology and inventions together with his concern with world events into his stainless-steel works of art. In this work, he used abstract essences of microchip circuit boards, cityscapes, sustainable agriculture and computers. They were polished to a mirror-like finish and assembled in flowing forms that reflect the world around them both literally and figuratively. This work was a collaboration between Arlie Regier and his son Dave, who is also an accomplished stainless-steel sculptor.
